diffuse heterogeneously enhancing abnormal wall thickening of the entire stomach from the gastro-esophageal junction up to antro-pyloric region
wall thickening of the transverse colon, ascending colon and segments of distal small bowel loops without acute obstruction
bulky pancreas with associated peripancreatic and retroperitoneal lymph nodes
bilateral hydroureteronephrosis (left > right)
moderate ascites with diffuse omento-mesenteric thickening and caking
mild bilateral pleural effusions
