The Anterioranterior superior alveolar canal is small bony canal like structure can be seen on CT scan bone window incourses through the anterior wall of the maxillary sinus .it contians, and contains the anterior-superior alveolar neurovascular bundle.Most of time superior artery, vein and nerve. Usually, it shares a common canalchannel with the infraorbital canal . Howeve , it can be but when seen separately and should not be mistaken as fracture line. It also importantconfused for clnician to be aware about potential risks prior to anterior jaw bone surgical proceduresa fracture.
