Body was changed:

Dead pixel artifact is an artifact seen in digital radiography systems where ana detector element fails to receive a proper signal and therefore appears as a bright white dot in an x-ray image.

A defective pixel on the display monitor can also lead to a white dot appearance but it won't be seen on a physical radiograph and will remain in the same position on the screen if the radiograph is moved.
