Body was changed:

The floating viscera sign is an angiographic sign that occurs when there is visualisation of branches of the abdominal aorta (e.g. coeliac axis, superior mesenteric artery, and renal arteries) during aortography with little or no visualisation of the aortic lumen.

itThefloating viscera sign indicates the presence of an aortic dissection and compression of the aortic true lumen by the false lumen upstream from the origins of the mesenteric arteries. When it occurs, it indicates that the catheter is located within the aortic true lumen, downstream from a haemodynamically significant false lumen.
