A variantOne of the anatomical variants of coronary artery origin in whichcomprises the left circumflex coronary artery (LCx) and left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) arisearising separately from the left coronary sinus. Hence there is no common left main coronary artery (LCA / LMCA/LMCA).

As there is no vascular compression and the proximal courses are normal, this variant is asymptomatic.
