Body was changed:

Rotational occlusion of the vertebral artery, also known as Bowhunter syndrome, is a rare form of posterior cerebral circulation ischemia secondary to dynamic compromise of the dominant vertebral artery.

It has many aetiologies, but is most often due to large osteophytes or atlanto-axialhypermobility hypermobility.

Radiographics features

Angiography

The diagnosis is established using provocative digital subtraction cerebral angiography, in which the patient reproduces symptomatic movements, and the site of vertebral artery compression may be identified.
