Updates to Article Attributes
Tags on Radiopaedia.org allow authors to specify a little more about what the article is about and allowsallow articles to be more completelyclosely related to articles that are similar.
Additionally, there are a number ofseveral 'official tags'.

legacy: a case that has educational value but does not meet current case publishing guidelines
