Case Discussion
Phalanx fractures are common hand injuries that involve the proximal, middle or distal phalanx. Diagnosis can be confirmed with orthogonal radiographs of the involved digit. Treatment involves immobilization or surgical fixation depending on location, severity and alignment of injury.
