Presentation

Diabetes type II since 2010, dyslipidemia complains of cough, hemoptysis, shortness of breath, and weight loss. nonsmoker, nonalcoholic.

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Left upper lung lobe large size mass lesion 50x49mm with irregular borders.

Calcification of the aortic arch.

Flattening of both hemidiaphragm, with mild elevation of the left side

No mediastinal shift is noted.

Both C.P. angles are clear.
