Small extra-axial cystic lesion at the right cerebellopontine angle (CPA) of CSF signal on all sequences with no restricted diffusion on DWI / ADC.
Case Discussion
The MRI finding is most consistent with an arachnoid cyst of the cerebellopontine angle (incidental finding in this case).
