Had workup for nonspecific chest pain. Echocardiography noted "3 x 3.4 cm mass in interatrial septum, near RA roof, with some compression on SVC. Fixed in wall. ? lymphoma"

CT shows well defined mass of fatty attentuation between the atria, causing some extrinsic compression on the SVC confluence.
