Midline right paraumbilical anterior abdominal wall defect with herniation of omentum as content. No bowel content or incarceration.
Case Discussion
Contrast-enhanced CT scan of the abdomen enables evaluation of content of hernial sacs. Bowel incarceration is the worry that warrants immediate surgical intervention.
