The lungs are clear, with no pneumothorax or pleural fluid. Normal cardiomediastinal contours with normal pulmonary vascularity.

Case Discussion
Posterior junction line is a normal finding, with opposition of the posteromedial pleural surfaces of each lung. Usually positioned just left of midline over T3-T5.
