Patient from Peru with chest x-ray findings was sent for study.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

X-ray shows a round-shaped and well-defined mass in the right lung base and another of the same features at the apex of the left lung.

CT shows two cystic lesions, one of larger size, both of homogeneous hypodense content, without septa inside, with well-defined borders and thin wall, located in the lower right lobe. Another two lesions of the same characteristics in the upper left lobe. Findings in relation to uncomplicated cysts.
