There is a 14 x 10 mm intradural extramedullary avid enhancing mass with the internal cystic region at the L3-L4 level.
Changes of prior laminectomy are also is seen at the L2-L3 and L3-L4 levels.
Case Discussion
The recent patient case was pathologically proven for spinal schwannoma.
