Subdural hematomas of different ages surrounding frontal, parietal and temporal lobes on both sides.
Marked brain parenchymal atrophy as evidenced by enlargement of subarachnoid spaces surrounding the anterior aspects of both cerebral hemispheres.
Case Discussion
The imaging features are very likely for non-accidental brain injury.
