Endometrioma

Right ovarian mass with uniformly intermediate T2 and high T1 signal (T2 shading sign). Appearance is in keeping with an endometrioma.
A large enhanced heterogeneous intramural mass noted in the posterior wall of the uterus, measuring about 6.6 x6.0 cm, in keeping with a large leiomyoma.
Nabothian cyst also noted at the left cervical wall.
Case Discussion
MRI features are in keeping with a right ovarian endometrioma.
