Patient presents with clinical history and laboratory data suggestive of urinary tract infection.

Age: 3 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Diffuse pelvicalyceal dilation in the kidney (leading to slight increase in renal bipolar diameter), with calyceal clubbing and thick liquid level in the renal calyces.
