Very large heterogeneously enhancing mass arising from the right hemithyroid and displacing surrounding structures of the neck.
Case Discussion
Uncommon benign tumor of the right hemithyroid which was only attended to after it grew to a massive size, treated with surgical excision (confirming the pathologic diagnosis).
