Marked ileal wall thickening with an intraluminal collection of gas and particulate matter representing aneurysmal bowel dilatation.
Multiple intra-abdominal matted lymphadenopathies encasing the inferior mesenteric artery branches, giving the sandwich sign appearance.
Thrombus within the superior mesenteric vein.
Splenomegaly and a minimal amount of abdominopelvic free fluid.
Two small urinary bladder diverticula with grossly enlarged prostate gland.
Small hiatal hernia.
No significant bowel dilatation.

Features are in keeping with mesenteric and small bowel lymphoma.
