The right kidney is relatively enlarged and contains multiple varying sized cortical cysts less than 45mm. Three adjacent stones less than 8mm are noted at upper calyces of right kidney.

Localized cystic renal disease (LCRD), also known as localized cystic kidney disease, is an uncommon, non-familial, non-progressive disease characterized by clusters of cysts within the normal renal parenchyma.
