Presentation

Abdominal pain and chronic constipation.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Several nodules are scattered at both lungs less than 17mm. There are also several atelectatic bands scattered bilaterally. 

Case Discussion

Path proven colon adenocarcinoma with multiple hepatic and pulmonary metastasis.
Colorectal cancers can be found anywhere from the cecum to the rectum and transverse colon involvement includes about 10% of cases.
