Metastatic pancreatic cancer

A 25 mm low enhancing mass is present at pancreatic neck, accompanied by distal parenchymal atrophic changes and duct dilatation. There is no sign of local invasion to adjacent structures and no vascular encasement.
A few small lymphadenopathies with SAD less than 7 mm are seen in the vicinity of diseased segment. In addition, multiple small low enhancing masses are seen at liver less than 15 mm.
A few subcentimeter simple cortical cysts are seen at kidneys.

Pancreatic mass; pathology proven adenocarcinoma; with small reginal lymphadenopathies and hepatic metastasis.
