Accidentally hit by a hammer yesterday at work, on examination: crushed injury on the left thumb.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Comminuted fractures at the distal phalanx of the left thumb.

Soft tissue shadows appear mildly swollen.

No intra-articular extension is noted in this fracture.
