Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Distal ileoileal intussusception is present, accompanied by a 25×18 mm fat density mass inferring lipoma as the lead point. 

Case Discussion

Intussusception occurs when one segment of the bowel is pulled into itself or a neighboring loop of the bowel by peristalsis. Ileoileal intussusception is uncommon.
