Pulsatile mass.

Gender: Male
ct

CT shows a infrarenal aorta dilated and elongated aneurysmal appearance. There is a lumen filled with contrast and mural thrombus. No free fluid or intraabdominal collection is observed 

Case Discussion

The majority of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm are asymptomatic and are discovered by findings in routine examinations or a pulsatile mass in certain body positions.
