Abdominal aortic aneurysm

The infrarenal abdominal aorta is dilated and measures 9 x 10 cm with a large peripheral thrombus. Bilateral common iliac arteries are also aneurysmally dilated. Celiac axis, superior mesenteric arteries and renal arteries have normal origin, size and opacification.
Case Discussion
Open repair of the AAA was performed with a vascular graft at a referral center. Patient doing well postoperatively.
