Presentation

Weight loss, low grade fever. Lab - ESR - 100. Mantoux test induration - 20 mm - Positive.

Ascites, peritoneal thickening and omental nodes.

Case Discussion

Ascites, peritoneal thickening and omental nodes favor possibility of abdominal tuberculosis in view of history and laboratory findings.

Presumed tuberculosis. No follow up.
