Aberrant right subclavian artery

Presentation

Known and operated case of left breast cancer.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

The right subclavian artery is arising from the arch of aorta directly posterior to the esophagus.
There are also post operative changes as left mastectomy.

Case Discussion

Features on CT scan are consistent with aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA) that is the most common aortic arch anomaly.
