Findings was changed:

During normal breathing, there is reduced movement of the right hemidiaphragm compared to the the left. During sniffing there is paradoxical movement of the right hemidiaphragm. Normal movement of the left hemidiaphragm is seen.

Conclusion:

Findings consistent with right hemidiaphragm palsy.
