Dilated esophagus with food contents, and relatively empty stomach.
Right basal inflammatory changes likely due to aspiration.
Case Discussion
He was initially managed with nasogastric decompression and esophageal dilatation. The diagnosis was confirmed with esophageal manometry following discharge.
