- 2 cm enhancing lesion in the pituitary fossa, expanding it
- thickened skull
- neanderthal like
supra orbitalsupraorbital ridge = frontal bossing - the thickened skull and frontal bossing suggest growth hormone secretion
(ie(i.e. acromegaly). this was confirmed with histology.
