Presentation was changed:
Lethargy and headaches. incidentalIncidental finding on CT head.

Updates to Study Attributes

Findings was changed:
  • 2 cm enhancing lesion in the pituitary fossa, expanding it
  • thickened skull
  • neanderthal like supra orbitalsupraorbital ridge = frontal bossing
  • the thickened skull and frontal bossing suggest growth hormone secretion (ie(i.e. acromegaly). this was confirmed with histology.
