There is a blind-end tubular structure of about 12mm thickness, arising from the lateral part of the caecum and extendsextending up to the sub-hepatic region, associated with surrounding fat stranding, an enhancing wall, a picture of acute appendicitis of a sub-hepatic appendix, and no abscess or mass formation at present time.
