Findings was changed:

The appendix sis diffusely enlarged (measuring 2,0 cm in diameter), with thickened walls, and surrounded by. There is periappendiceal inflammation, including stranding of the adjacent fat and minimalextraluminal fluid. Two small calcifications within the appendix base may correspond toappendicolithappendicoliths. There is also diffuse hepatic steatosis. RemainderThe remainder of the exam is unremarkable.
