Right iliac fossa pain and vomiting

Age: 16 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

A blind ended tubular structure at the right iliac fossa, related to external iliac vessels. It is fixed with thickened edematous wall and corresponds to a point of maximal tenderness.

The patient underwent surgery and acute appendicitis was confirmed.
