Presentation

Right sided hemiplegia. The patient presented with gradual onset of right sided hemiplegia with a history of booster dose of Measles vaccination 12 days ago

Age: 5 y
Gender: Male

Supra and infra tentorial as well as brain stem white matter areas of abnormal signal showing post contrast enhancement.
