Large right adrenal mass with fat-containing components (-86 UH). No enhancement.
Case Discussion
Adrenal myelolipomas are rare benign tumors of the adrenal gland with an estimated autopsy prevalence of ≈ 0.1-0.2 %. Most lesions are asymptomatic and may be discovered incidentally when the region is imaged for other reasons.
