Anembryonic pregnancy and ovarian dermoid cyst

Intrauterine gestational sac measuring 28mm contains a yolk sac, but no fetal pole. This is diagnostic of a failed early pregnancy (anembryonic pregnancy).
Incidental finding of a heterogeneous, avascular ovarian mass with large echogenic component. This is most likely a dermoid cyst.

The study is diagnostic for a failed early pregnancy (anembryonic).
