Avulsed fracture fragment in the posterior intercondylar region.

Avulsion of the tibial attachment of the posterior cruciate ligament.

Case Discussion

Posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture typically involves the separation of the posterior tibial insertion of the PCL to variable degrees. Surgical reinsertion of the avulsed fragment is the standard treatment.
