A 45-day-old infant. Jaundice and, pale stools and brown urine.

Findings was changed:

Ultrasound (8-hour fasting) reveals:

  • a non-dysmorphic, homogeneous liver

  • triangular cord sign (4 mm)

  • dilatation of the hepatic artery with a HA/PVhepatic artery/portal vein ratio of 0.56

  • scleroatrophic gallbladder with irregular contours

  • normal spleen

  • no ascites
