Air-fluid levels are noted in both breasts.
The lungs, mediastinum and pleural spaces are unremarkable.
Case Discussion
Air-fluid levels are seen in both breasts.
In this case, this was due recent to postoperative bilateral breast reconstruction.
Remeber: "where is the lesion before what is the lesion"
In chest radiology, an air-fluid level may be in the soft tissues of the breast, in the pleural space or in the lung.
