Updates to Study Attributes

Findings was changed:

Marked enlargement of the ileocaecal valve, which is soft tissue density. The caecum and ascending colon to the level of the hepatic lectureflexure is thick walled. Terminal iliumileum appears normal. There is no small or large bowel obstruction.

Extensive para-aortic lymphadenopathy the with further masses within the mesentery. Peritoneal nodularity. At the site of presumed biopsy there is mixed fat and soft tissue density with some tiny locules of gas.

Bilateral pleural effusions.
