Findings was changed:

·       There is a small defect (10mm) transmitting a hernial sac (3.5x1.7cm) seen at the right inguinal region, oriented obliquely towards labia majora.

·       This sac is containing intestinal loop with good motility &and intact vascularity, as well as an ovoid structure with multiple small simple cysts likely representsrepresenting the right ovary. On duplex study there is arterial vascular supply to this structure with reversed diastolic flow.
