Findings was changed:

Post treatment CT shows results after open reposition and internal internal fixation. The fractures were surgically fixated despite despite the complicated nature of the fractures with gas within the joints.

This bone setting allows for visualization of the osteosynthesis material.

Talonavicular dislocation has been corrected.

There are extensive fractures of the foot and ankle: 

1. Complicated fibular fracture with multiple fragments. 

2. CommunitiveComminutive talus fracture with impression of the calcaneus in the lateral aspect of the talus and complete dislocation of the talonavicular joint (Chopart fracture). 

3. Fracture of metatarsalmetatarsals 2 and 3.
