Findings was changed:

MRI demonstrates demonstrates a large destructive soft tissue mass arising from theclivus and and extending both anteriorly into thesphenoid sinus and and posteriorly into the pre pontineprepontine cistern, where it indents thepons and and displaces thebasilar artery to to the left. The pituitary gland is elevated by the mass and can be seen to be separate from it

The mass shows low low T1 and high T2 signal, and demonstrates strong contrast enhancement. Features are consistent with achordoma which was histologically confirmed.
