Hydronephrosis on ultrasound.
Patient Data
No renal tract stones.

Case Discussion
Chronic bladder outlet obstruction is not uncommonly observed in elderly males, typically those with significant prostate enlargement from benign prostate hyperplasia. Often a hydronephrosis is identified on imaging for an alternative indication and investigations are sort for a sinister cause for the perceived obstructive uropathy.
