Case Discussion
Patient in her late 20s presented for a routine morphology ultrasound at 21 weeks 3 days based on a dating ultrasound. Hypoplasia of the middle phalanx of both 5th fingers resulting in clinodactyly. The scan was otherwise unremarkable with combined growth parameters giving a GA of 21 weeks 5 days.
