An elderly male presented with history of anorexia, weight loss. On examination he has hepatosplenomegally. CT scan done for him demonstrating replacemnet of the liver and spleen with multiple hypodense lesions. Anterior mediastenial mass is also seen. Enhancing leion in the anterior bladder wall is also demonestrated.Liver biopsy has been carried out revealing diffuse lage B-cell lymphoma.
