An elderly male presented with history of anorexia, weight loss. On examination he has hepatosplenomegally. CT scan done for him demonstrating replacemnet ofReplacement of the liver and spleen with multiple hypodense lesions. Anterior mediastenial massmediastinal mass is also seen. Enhancing leion in Enhancing lesion in the anterior bladder wall is also demonestrateddemonstrated.Liver biopsy has been carried out revealing diffuse lage B-cell lymphoma.
