In this sildenafil citrate induced penile doppler, there is approximately 40-50% increase in cavernosal arterial diameter on either side which is less than the criteria of 60% increase expected in normal study. Also the peak systolic velocities of cavernosal artery doppler at 75 minutes past administration of oral 50 mg sildenafil citrate with visual stimulus is less than the accepted standard of 25 cm/s. This is a case of arteriogenic erectile dysfunction.
